Petitioners herein have approached this court being aggrieved with decision of the respondents in denying them issuance of Below Poverty Line Cards(BPL Cards) on the ground that they do not fall within the prescribed criteria.

Upon issuance of notice of motion, soft copy of reply has been filed by email due to pandemic restrictions. Let hard copy thereof be filed in the Registry in due course. A perusal of the reply would reveal that requisite BPL Cards have now been issued to the petitioners. This position has not been controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
