MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR No.181 dated 21.12.2022 under Sections 353, 186, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur, and the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the FIR in question on account of history of enmity between the parties. 3.

On a pointed query put to the learned counsel, as to what was the stage of trial, she on instructions, has submitted that the matter is still pending investigation.

In the circumstances, this Court would loath to quash the FIR, more so since it is still at a nascent stage and the investigation cannot be scuttled even before challan is presented, if at all in the near future, it would be.
