NAMIT KUMAR, J.(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 02.04.2026 (Annexure P-6), impugned letter dated 06.04.2026 (Annexure P-7) and impugned order dated 10.04.2026 (Annexure P-8) whereby the petitioners have been ordered to be removed from services by replacing them with other contractual employees. Prayers have also been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to continue to discharge their duties in the department and to regularize their services and not to transfer them at some other place. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the YAG DUTT 2026.04.22 17:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
