In the present case, notice of motion was issued on 16.10.2019, however, notices could not be issued to the respondents for want of process fee. Vide order dated 18.02.2020, last opportunity was granted to deposit the process fee within three working days and on needful being done, fresh notices were ordered to be issued to the respondents. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned on various dates by order. On 22.01.2024 none appeared on behalf of the appellant as the lawyers were abstaining from work in view of the resolution passed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned by order. Till date there has been no compliance of order dated 18.02.2020. The respondents remain unserved for want of process fee. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
