As per custody certificate, the applicant has undergone 05 months and 09 days of actual sentence and the sentence of the petitioner was completed on 11.06.2013 by giving him benefit of twenty days and he was released on 11.07.2013 after undergoing a period of one month of imprisonment in lieu of fine and he was further detained in other case as under trial.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
