+, - ./ Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No.171 dated 14.04.2022 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 452, 506 of IPC and Section 3 (1) (r), 3 (1) (s), 3 (2) (va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 registered at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal.

Before approaching this Court, petitioner had invoked the jurisdiction before the trial Court and the said application seeking bail was dismissed on 06.06.2022 (Annexure P/4).

Learned State counsel has pointed out that in view of the provisions contained in Section 14A (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the said order dated 06.06.2022 is an appealable order and without challenging the same, the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. before this Court would not independently lie.
