In para 4 of the compliance affidavit, it is stated that on 03.05.2023, the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., was submitted before the competent authority for approval and after the approval, it has been presented before the Illaqa Magistrate on 29.05.2023. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
