(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 10 dated 08.01.2017 under Sections 406/498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the parties states that during the pendency of the petitioner, the matter stands compromised between the parties with the assistance of Mediator, as per report of the Mediation Centre at Flag A. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.02.2017 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
