Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing the respondents to release all the pensionary benefits of the petitioner in accordance with law w.e.f. 30.01.2015 as he had been only granted provisional pension from 30.01.2015, since disciplinary proceedings have been dropped against the petitioner vide order dated 23.01.2018 (Annexure P-5) and he has been acquitted in criminal case vide judgment dated 28.03.2023 (Annexure P-7) and there is no case or disciplinary proceedings against him and further directing the respondents not to insist for submitting the declaration contrary to the fact that the petitioner has neither applied for nor received any pension or gratuity except the 100% provisional pension of Rs.12,458/- sanctioned (Annexure P-13) and for quashing the order dated 17.06.2025 (Annexure P-10), passed by respondents RAVINDER SINGH 2026.04.22 19:14 I agree to specified portions of this document

CWP-12013 of 2026 granting leave encashment of only 246 days against 300 days since the petitioner is entitled for the balance 56 days. 2.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to submit the necessary documents as have been sought by the department, in continuation of the documents already submitted by him. 3.
