RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar, vide his report forwarded with letter no.96 dated 5.4.2016, has reported that it cannot be said whether the compromise has been effected with all the petitioners-accused and whether the same is genuine or not. In view of the above report, this petition for quashing of FIR No.75 dated 07.05.2015, registered under sections 307/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Sadar, Amritsar, on the basis of compromise, is not maintainable and as such, it is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a fresh petition, if the necessity so arises.
