Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, vide order dated 14.07.2021, in case FIR No.26, dated 29.04.2021, under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC, registered at Police Station Women, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the same Court for the relief claimed.
