**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 361 dated 23.7.2019, registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B and 506 IPC, Police Station Shahabad, Kurukshetra, District Kurukshetra.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and move an application for grant of regular bail. He further submits that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the application moved by the petitioner, expeditiously.
