Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 14.02.2022, Annexure P-7, passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Fazilka, whereby, arms and bullets issued on the licence of the petitioner, was directed to be disposed of. 2.

Faced with an objection, raised regarding maintainability of the petition, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse of alternate remedy provided under the Arms Act, 1959.
