(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 342 dated 02.08.2016, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Amritsar, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 307/506/148/149 IPC and Section 25/54/59 of Arms Act. Learned counsel at the very outset submits that co-accused Sanju Sharma, who has been attributed similar as to that of the petitioner, has been granted regular bail by this Court on 19.12.2016 vide CRM-M42245 of 2016, as no injury has been attributed to him. Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2016 Keeping in view the fact that the trial is likely to take some time to conclude and the fact that the co-accused have also been granted regular bail by this Court, the present petition is allowed.
