(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition on account of the latest development in the trial as a result of which co-accused Pooja has already been released on bail by the said Court itself and prayed that he be given liberty to approach the trial Court to seek the appropriate relief.

Prayer is not opposed by the State counsel.

In view of the above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
