This petition has been filed seeking directions to entrust the investigation in FIR No.636 dated 11.08.2017, under Sections 326A/195A/120B/ 34/201/506 IPC, Police Station Camp Palwal to any independent investigating agency. The petitioner is an accused in this case. It is not in dispute that final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in the abovesaid FIR has been presented against the three co-accused Rambir, Balwant and Shiv Kumar and charge has also since been framed against them. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy/remedies as may be available to her, in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. ( LISA GILL ) March 23 , 2018.
