CWP-13125-2020 The petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 17.08.2020 (Annexure P-6) vide which he has been transferred from Gurugram to Karnal. As per the transfer policy the employees are at liberty to make representation to the department in any manner aggrieved by the transfer order. It has been stated that the representation dated 20.08.2020 (Annexure P-7) (stated to be wrongly typed as 20.03.2020) has already been submitted to respondent No.3 but no action has been initiated thereupon. Notice of motion.
