Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from LSI Saveena, has submitted that a cancellation report has been filed by the Investigating Agency and, in turn, accepted by the learned trial Court at Narnaul on 02.11.2023. In support, learned counsel has also drawn the attention of this Court to the status report dated 29.12.2022 filed by way of affidavit of Sh.Vikrant Bhushan, IPS Superintendent of Police, Narnaul, District Mahendergarh filed on behalf of respondent No.1 to 4. 2.

The instant petition was filed seeking fair and proper investigation in the FIR in question i.e. FIR No.226 dated 23.05.2021 under Sections 302, 328 and 34 of the IPC registered at Police Station City Mahendergarh, District Mahendergarh.

In view of the fact that cancellation report filed by the Investigating Agency has been accepted by the Court concerned, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant petition and the same stands disposed of.
