+,- .  /,0 *   1111111       Petitioners seek protection of their life and liberty as they apprehend danger at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 11 as they are living in a live-in-relationship against the wishes of said respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners identifies the petitioners on the basis of documents attached. It is contended that petitioners are major, their dates of birth being 18.3.2001 and 14.11.2002, respectively. Aadhar cards of both the petitioners are appended with the petition as Annexures P-2 and P4, respectively. They alleged that there is a threat to their life and liberty from respondents No.4 to 11, and in this regard they have submitted representation dated 7.6.2022 (Annexure P-6) to respondent No.2 i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, for redressal of their grievance but no action has been taken thereon.

  In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioners, respondent No.2- the Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar is directed to dispose of representation dated 7.6.2022 (Annexure P-6) submitted by the petitioners, and take appropriate action if any/as may be required, keeping in view the alleged threat perception to the petitioners.
