Pursuant to the interim order passed by this court, the petitioner has joined the investigation, as per the instructions of Manohar Lal, imparted to the learned State counsel.

Counsel for the complainant, at this stage, has intervened to inform that the petitioner is not the person, who was allegedly involved in the snatching of the mobile phone of the complainant. The petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
