On 22.4.2026, the following order was passed: 'Apprehending their arrest in FIR No.446 dated 27.11.2025, under Sections 110, 190, 191(2), 333 and 351(3) BNS, 2023 (sections 308, 149, 148, 452, 506 IPC), (Later on added sections 109, 351(2) BNS, 2023) (sections 307, 506 IPC), Police Station City Gohana, District Sonepat; the petitioners have preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking prearrest bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners, inter alia, contends that the petitioners have been falsely implicated into the FIR in question, the injury which has invoked Section 109 of BNS (erstwhile Section 307 of IPC) is not specifically attributable to any of the petitioners, the petitioner are men with clean antecedents, the coaccused namely Sunil, Azad, Vicky, Pawan @ Pakodi and Rishi already stand arrested and thereafter released on regular bail by the concerned Sessions Court & the petitioners are willing to join investigation and cooperate therein as per law.

On the strength of advance notice; Mr. Gurmeet Singh, AAG, Haryana has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana. Adjourned to 18.05.2026. CRM-M No.21949 of 2026 -228.04.2026 at 11:00 A.M. in concerned Police Station and join investigation. In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on interim bail subject to their furnishing personal/surety bond(s) to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. As and when further called by Investigating Officer, the petitioners shall join the investigation. They shall abide by the condition(s) enumerated under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.' 2.

Learned State counsel (on instructions) submits that pursuant to the order dated 22.4.2026, the petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed. The interim order dated 22.4.2026, passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions as enumerated under Section 482(2) of BNSS. 4.

This order should not be treated as "blanket" order. It will not be read granting petitioners indefinite protection from arrest. It shall be confined to the FIR mentioned ibid and will not operate in respect of any other incident that involves commission of an offence. 5.

Liberty is reserved in favour of State/complainant to move for cancellation/recall of this order in case the petitioners violate any condition stipulated under Section 482(2) of BNSS or upon showing any other sufficient cause.
