Prayer made in the present petition for quashing the seniority list dated 30.07.2007, might not, due to efflux of time, even be surviving. 2.

Learned State counsel refers to para 5 of the counter affidavit dated 19.01.2011 filed by Additional Director, Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training, to which there was no counter filed, wherein it has been stated that the cadre of the petitioner i.e. Computer Application was merged with that of Computer Engineering, thus the date of joining was taken while assigning the seniority and merely that she was elder in age to Sh. Vijay Kumar could not entitle her seniority over and above him. Moreover, she had not filed any objection to the tentative seniority list. 3.
