It is contended that for the solitary absence of the petitioner on 25.2.2016 on account of marriage of his cousin sister (daughter of his mama),his bail was cancelled and non bailable warrants were issued.

Vide order dated 16.3.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioner, on surrendering before the trial court within 7 days, was directed to be released on interim bail.

CRM-M 9306/2016 pursuant to the said order petitioner has surrendered before the trial court and was released on interim bail.

The said factual position is not disputed by the learned State counsel.
