H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) It is contended on behalf of learned counsel for the revisionist that despite the fact that arguments have already been heard by the Ist Appellate Court, in Civil Misc. Appeal No. 276 of 2018, titled as 'M/s DLF Home Developers Ltd. vs. Hyde Park Residents and others' the matter is being adjourned unnecessarily, with the result the residents of the colony are suffering and there is imminent apprehension of the electricity supply being disconnected. It is further submitted that the next date of hearing fixed by the Ist Appellate Court is 4.7.2019 and a direction be issued to the Ist BANITA CHUGH 2019.05.31 12:57 I am the author of this document

C.R. No. 3778 of 2019 -2Appellate Court to dispose of the matter on that date positively. After hearing learned senior counsel for the revisionist and going through the record, the Additional District Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali, is directed to dispose of the appeal in question by the next date of hearing positively.

In view of the difficulty which may be faced by the residents, the Ist Appellate Court may explore the possibility of preponement of the matter, if possible, to some earlier date.
