The change of circumstances is the alleged compromise dated 9.2.2016(P-2) entered upon with the complainant. Learned State counsel on instructions concedes that compromise has been effected and the amount in question has been returned to the complainant. It is further not dispute that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 16.3.2016 passed by this Court and petitioner's custodial interrogation is no longer required.
