Present criminal writ petition has been filed for extension of benefit of parole already granted to the petitioner on the ground of medical condition of his mother under Sections 3 & 5 of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further keeping in view the fact that the other siblings of the petitioner will take care of his mother.
