 Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record original receipt qua deposit of
21,865 in favour of the High Court Legal Services Authority in compliance of the previous orders dated 31.03.2015. Intimation to this effect be sent to the office of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Faridabad. Report dated 07.04.2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Mukesh Yadav and the accused Sanjeev Sharma, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the parties have RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.04.29 14:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court

  

  settled their dispute for a sum of
1,80,000, which has been paid and received in view of the stand taken before this Court. Thus, in the light of this report that the compromise is an outcome of voluntariness, free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure and that being a pure money dispute together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and bringing about peace and harmony, proceedings by way of Criminal Complaint No.942 dated 08.01.2011 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands disposed off in those terms.   "
