RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In compliance of order dated 06.03.2019, receipts qua deposit of costs in relevant heads, produced in Court today are taken on record.

Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.270 dated 11.09.2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC pertaining to Police Station City-1, Abohar, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 10.10.2018 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. Pursuant to order dated 22.01.2019 of this Court, parties appeared before the trial Court on 3.02.2019 to get their statements recorded. Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Abohar, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.139 dated 20.02.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Fazilka, vide RAVINDER SINGH 2019.05.31 17:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

According to the report, learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Abohar is satisfied that compromise arrived at between the parties is genuine, voluntary and without any coercion or undue influence.

Considering the report of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Abohar, dated 20.02.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.270 dated 11.09.2015 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed.

Disposed of accordingly.
