It was submitted that petitioners were ready and willing to face trial.

CRM-M 9332/2016 directed to be released on interim bail. On their failure to surrender within stipulated time, again similar directions were issued vide order dated 5.4.2016.
At the time of hearing,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said orders petitioners have surrendered before the trial court on 7.4.2016 and were released on interim bail. The said factual position is not disputed by the learned State counsel.
In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the orders dated 16.3.2016/5.4.2016 passed by this court, is made absolute.
Disposed of.
