The instant criminal writ petition petition is filed by the petitioner-Ajay Kumar for grant him concession of regular parole for a period of ten weeks on the ground of his sister's marriage, which is scheduled to be solemnized on 05.05.2026. The marriage celebrations begin from 03.05.2026.

The status report has been filed by the respondent-State, wherein the factum of marriage is not disputed. The status report is taken on record. Registry is directed to do the needful. 3.

In that view of the matter, petitioner-Ajay Kumar is ordered to be released on parole for a period of two weeks w.e.f. 01.05.2026, subject to his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, with a specific condition that he shall furnish his mobile phone number during this period and shall inform about his movement to the SHO concerned.
