It was contended that for solitary absence of the petitioner on 1.9.2015 due to the death of his sister the previous night, his bail was cancelled and non-bailable warrants were issued. Vide order dated 16.3.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioner, on surrendering before the trial court within 7 days, was directed to be released on interim bail.
