Learned counsel further submit that in view of the above, the cause of action in the present petition does not survive and the same be disposed of as such.

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to seek revival, if any, cause of action still survives.
