Learned State counsel submits that the additional accused Nanhi Devi is not made party in the quashing petition as also victim Dikshit, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars on the same cause of action, by impleading the aforesaid accused and victim, in case, there is a compromise arrived at with them.
