The present is the third petition which has been filed under Section under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking regular bail in FIR No.33 dated 10.04.2023 under Sections 15(C) (Section 29 added later on) of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
