Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall file the appeal within a period of one week which may be ordered to be decided in the time prescribed by this court, either allowing the petitioner to appear in person or by way of video conferencing/electronic mode. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the facts of the case.

This petition is dismissed as not maintainable. The remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal. In case, any such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a week before the appellate authority, the same shall be decided by the appellate authority, within a period of two weeks by giving a personal hearing or by way of video conferencing.
