CWP No.13795 of 2019 The prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 6 to initiate appropriate proceedings for removal of respondent Nos.7 to 11. Learned State counsel submits that the proceedings have already been initiated against respondent Nos.7 to 11 and even they have been given an opportunity for appearance. He has also produced Memo No.2819-23/LFA dated 21.01.2020 regarding initiation of the proceedings and the same is taken on record.

In view of submissions made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of.

Respondent No.4-Deputy Commissioner, District Mahendragarh, Haryana, is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of two months.
