(Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that respondents have not regularised his services after determining 3% quota for handicap, though this Court on appearance of Director General, Secondary Education Haryana, who assured that a Committee has been constituted to decide the cases in order to prevent anomalous situation as candidates have been approaching this Court, disposed of writ petitions.

Accordingly, I dispose of writ petition by issuing directions to the respondents to consider the grievance of the petitioner expressed in legal notice dated 15.04.2018 (Annexure P-12) and decide the same in accordance with law, in view of disposal of Civil Writ Petition No.16086 of 2019 titled as Pushpa Devi Vs. State of Haryana and others, vide order dated 19.07.2019.
