******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some mistakes in the petition that while framing the charge, trial court has also charge-sheeted the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code. He seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
