 "#$ !% Report dated 29.01.2016 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Budhlada has been received whereby after recording statements of complainants Kulwant Singla and Laxman Singla as well as the accused persons namely Sanjay Kumar Gupta, Geeta Garg and M/s M.Y. Agro Pvt. Ltd. through its Director Sanjay Kumar Gupta, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise Ex.CX has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

    Learned counsel representing the accused/petitioners, Mr.Shalender Mohan, Advocate has also handed over a demand draft bearing No.983952 dated 08.02.2016 for a sum of 4,33,600.00 drawn on the Bank of India towards full and final settlement as per the compromise, which has been duly received by Mr. Aman Mittal, Advocate on behalf of the complainants and a copy the same has been placed on record.

Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a pure business transaction dispute, the fact that the offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of heinous nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in &'() "')*+ , "-(-.  /)0(1 ()2 ()-+.3

7# the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.84/2015 dated 04.09.2015 registered at Police Station Baretta, District Mansa under Sections 420/467/468/471/120?B IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the present petitioners are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
