The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 05.03.2026 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-6243-2026, whereby, respondents were directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner. 2.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Avin Sandhu, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that after filing of the contempt petition, speaking order dated 21.04.2026 has been passed. 5.

In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.

Needless to say that liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order dated 21.04.2026 in accordance with law. 7.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
