******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.200 dated 25.12.2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Act at Police Station Sadar, Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Muktsar Sahib. Heard.

The recovery of contraband in this case was effected from the front seat and two cartoons were also lying on the back seat of the car, on which the petitioner was sitting. The recovery falls under commercial quantity.

No reason is made out to grant the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.
