(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to provisionally allow the petitioner to appear in the interview for the post of PGT Computer Science. On 22.05.2019, this Court passed the following order:- "The petitioner is participating for the post of PGT (Computer Science) under the general category. The petitioner qualified the written examination and was called for scrutiny of documents. She was not called for interview however there was no objection with regard to her documents.

Now after converting the SBC posts into general category posts vide notice dated 10.02.2019 (Annexure P-7), candidates have been called for interview on 24.05.2019. The last candidate called for interview under the general category has secured 102 marks whereas the petitioner has secured 110 marks. Notice of motion for 30.10.2019.

C.W.P No. 13783 of 2019 In the meantime, the petitioner shall be provisionally interviewed on 24.05.2019 and her result be kept in a sealed cover. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of Bench Secretary."

Today, learned State counsel has produced the result of the petitioner in the Court and the same has been opened by the Reader of this Court. As per result, the petitioner has secured total 105 marks (92 marks in written examination and 13 marks in viva voce) and the last candidate under General category has secured 125 marks, as per revised result dated 15.09.2018. Thus the petitioner has secured lesser marks than the last candidate.

Dismissed.
