(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing impugned order dated 02.05.2016 of the trial Court passed in case FIR No.884 dated 18.10.2013 registered under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 505, 120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Karnal.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajender, submits that in view of acquittal of the petitioner, this petition has rendered infructuous.
