(ORAL) This appeal has been directed against the judgement and order dated 11.05.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petition filed by the petitioners (appellants herein). Learned senior counsel for the appellants submits that the issue raised by the appellants related to adjustment of reserved category candidates in those seats that had been subsequently released from the compartmentalized categories of Sports and ESM in the General Pool which aspect has not been considered by the learned Single Judge in the impugned order. It is further informed that the authorities have also passed an order dated 12.05.2023 (Annexure A-1) which has further compounded the issue. In the circumstances, learned senior counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to file an application seeking review before the learned Single Judge.

Prayer made is allowed.

The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
