(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.160 dated 02.12.2022, registered under Sections 21-B and 29 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station C-Division, District Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 19.05.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 19.05.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
