MEHTA, J.(Oral) By filing the instant revision-petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner-husband has sought the indulgence of this Court for the issuance of direction to learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hisar, to decide the Divorce Petition bearing DMC No.1298 of 2022 titled as 'Krishan Vs. Sunita', as expeditiously as possible, while averring that he (petitioner) had filed the above-said petition about one and a half year ago and the same is still pending adjudication. 2.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the revisionistpetitioner in the present revision-petition, at the preliminary stage and have also gone through the file carefully.

Keeping in view the facts that the afore-referred Divorce Petition had been filed in December, 2022 and as per Annexure P-4, i.e the YAG DUTT 2024.05.29 10:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CR No.3296 of 2024 -2copy of the order passed in this petition on 15.01.2024, the trial is yet to commence therein and also the provisions, as contained in Section 21-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and without commenting or expressing any opinion on the merits of the afore-mentioned Divorce Petition, the revisionpetition in hand is, hereby, disposed of with a direction to the concerned Family Court to conclude the proceedings in the Divorce Petition under reference and to decide the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
