Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.901 dated 30.12.2018, under Sections 13(1) and 13(2) of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015, registered at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh, Haryana. Vide order dated 29.07.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Rajesh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation. He further submits that in all the other cases, registered or pending against the petitioner are concerned, he has already been acquitted in those cases.

CRM-M-29695-2021 (O&M) -2In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 29.07.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
