(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.203 dated 13.09.2014 registered under Sections 3(I)(X)(XV) and 4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Phase-1, SAS Nagar. On instructions from ASI Pritpal, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.02.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
