(Oral) The prayer in this petition is for the quashing of the complaint No.45 of 2018 dated 01.05.2018 titled as 'Amarjit Singh versus Jaswinder Singh and another (Annexure P-1) as well as impugned order dated 17.11.2018 (Annexure P-5) whereby the learned Trial Court has issued the directions to the Station House Officer, Police Station Nurpur Bedi to register an FIR against the petitioners in view of the facts and circumstances of the case.

The learned counsel for the petitioners contends that during the pendency of the complaint, the Trial Court has passed an order dated 13.09.2021 in the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., whereby the said application has been withdrawn on the basis of the compromise effected between the parties.
