Main case Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 praying for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and take appropriate legal action against accused/private respondents, who had stolen the belongings of the Gurudwara Sahib Mundiawala. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 19.03.2025 (Annexure P.4) and decide the same by passing a speaking order. CRM-M-23377-2025 (O&M) Without adverting to the merits of the case and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.2-Sr. Superintendent of Police, District Amritsar Rural is directed to look into the representation dated 19.03.2025 (Annexure P.4) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. The order so passed in the said complaint shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter. The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
